The health care system is struggling under its hypocrisy, banning healthy unvaccinated health care workers while the vaccinated spread Sars-Cov-2. NZDSOS Doctors

As well as being ineffective, the Pfizer/Cominarty vaccine has proven to be unsafe due to significant
numbers of reported and analysed vaccine injuries. New Zealand Doctors Speaking out with Science
(NZDSOS), has continuously stated the Pfizer trial data clearly shows the vaccine does not stop
infection or transmission. Now, microscopists around the world are expressing concerns when they
study the vials themselves.
NZDSOS are resolute that unvaccinated health care workers who desired to protect their health are
being wrongfully discriminated against by their former employers, particularly with the mounting
evidence of significant and often irreversible harm from the Pfizer/Comirnaty vaccine.
Meanwhile, in the ultimate hypocrisy - sick New Zealand health care workers are now asked to continue
to work in hospitals while unvaccinated employees are still banned from their previous employment. All
while the government is stating that the New Zealand Health System is under extreme pressure and
there is a shortage of health professionals across all disciplines.
Dr Cindy De Villiers, head of digital media for NZDSOS, discusses how the mandates are taking
decades of medical knowledge and experience off the table in New Zealand healthcare. "This
discriminatory behaviour has not only affected the careers of hundreds of health care professionals, but
it has also had a huge impact on the lives of those who desperately need those skills and experience
when they are most vulnerable. It has grossly limited the availability of staff and kept sick people
dependent on a failing system".

According to the New Zealand Bill of Rights, health professionals, the experts in their fields and in the
application of their learning in the real world, should be free to choose whether or not they wish to take
part in any medical procedure, especially a novel intervention, still in clinical trials. The New Zealand
Government, by instituting a compulsory order forcing all health workers to accept this experimental
mRNA medical procedure or lose their careers, is complete coercion and is detrimental to New
Zealand.
Recent evidence published in the European Journal of Epidemiology, 30 September 2021, states, in its
analysis of statistics from 68 countries and 2947 counties in the United States, increases in COVID-19
is unrelated to level of vaccination. "At the country-level, there appears to be no discernable relationship
between the percentage of population fully vaccinated and new COVID-19 cases in the last 7 days...
Israel with over 60% of their population fully vaccinated had the highest COVID-19 cases per 1 million
people in the last 7 days."
More recently, Dr Walensky, CDC director, admitted she did know if variants might reduce the efficacy of
mRNA vaccines or if their protection may wane with time. "This is unfortunately what happens when
interventions are forced on a population without adequate study and what we have been concerned
about since the beginning".
This government is causing immense harm to individuals for no benefit to the country. It is adding fuel
the fire by allowing unwell, vaccinated staff to work. These policies are clearly not about preventing
Covid-19. The question thus is: why are they still in place?
"If vaccination has no link to case numbers, particularly with the Omicron variant, it is not viable or
ethical to keep medical professionals away from the much-needed support they give to their patients,
any longer," said Dr De Villiers.
NZDSOS again calls for the rollout of this nationwide vaccination campaign to be immediately halted
until this experimental Pfizer mRNA vaccine is fully tested and it is safety profile fully understood.
This blatant hypocrisy in our health system needs to stop. Return the healthy nurses and doctors to
work, ease the pressure on our overcrowded hospitals and allow informed consent to be the driving
force in medicine once again.
