Venezuela has featured somewhat in recent weeks ... a bit of an understatement I know. Watching it unfold and hearing the more in depth diagnoses provided by the respected truth tellers illustrates that the seizure of lands and resources is generally the real motive ... (Yon says it's always about routes and resources).
Witness the historical invasion of indigenous lands by empires, 'bringing civilization', 'civilizing savages' and so on we always were, and are still being told. The biggest lie ever told said John Trudell. It's coming into plain sight though. They are normalizing such seizures now as one headline points out.
I like Dean Henderson's trite summary:
"I’m still not sure which was more outrageous- the home invasion/kidnapping of Venezuelan President Nicholas Maduro and his wife, or the subsequent declaration by US President Donald Trump that we would “run” the country and hand over the nation’s oil reserves (the world’s largest) and infrastructure to Exxon Mobil. How quickly we moved on from those “drug boats”."
