The Russian Federation may introduce armed patrols for compulsory vaccination.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs and the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation, according to the Kommersant newspaper, have begun joint work on the introduction of mandatory vaccination of children in Russia. In addition, vaccination patrols will be created in the country (one doctor or nurse + two armed security forces), which will be allowed to carry weapons.

According to the decision of the authorities, against the background of an increase in the number of refusals to vaccinate (people understand that many vaccinations cripple, not cure, lead to infertility, etc.) this trend is recognized as "socially dangerous" and will be dealt with radically — vaccination of children in case of refusal of parents will be carried out forcibly, and propaganda of refusal of vaccinations, including on the Internet, will become a criminal offense. This was stated by the head of the Department of the Ministry of Health for Foreign Cooperation M. Feldstein.

According to the official, the agency purchased large volumes of Indian vaccines without taking into account "refuseniks", but due to the anti-vaccination movement, some of the goods may expire.

The Ministry of Education also joined the discussion of the initiative. Officials suggested that as a first step and to prepare public opinion, introduce shame boards in schools — under the inscriptions "They were not vaccinated" or "They can be carriers of diseases", photos of students whose parents refused to vaccinate them will be published.

It will be the responsibility of vaccination patrols to carry out rapid vaccination in situations where parents refuse to do so and the use of force is required. They will be allowed to carry and use weapons.

According to the plan, a package of laws on mandatory vaccination will be submitted to the State Duma for consideration and adopted in a special order within a few months. Feldstein assured that the government has already received the preliminary consent of the faction chairs, and the vote will be held "without incident." The first patrols will start working even earlier, as soon as the service instructions are developed.
